Sneaker Parkour Character-to-Video Workflow

Workflow

This two-stage workflow turns a character bible into a fifteen-second parkour film. First, GPT Image 2 locks SAM's face, hair, skin tone, pink sportswear, sneakers, and proportions in a reusable character sheet. Seedance 2.0 then uses that sheet to animate a continuous sprint through a fashion district, including vaults, wall runs, jumps, and a rooftop landing. The prompts emphasize physical weight, shot continuity, stable identity, and synchronized sound while blocking teleportation, face drift, extra people, and broken anatomy. Both source prompts and their media were verified.
