Terms of Service

1. Service and agreement

TacoTaco provides AI image, video, 3D, design-canvas, prompt, and private asset services. Registering, purchasing, or using the service means you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and protect your account. Email is contact information; your WordPress user ID is the business identity. Do not use duplicate accounts to claim benefits repeatedly. Suspected duplicates are reviewed and migrated by support, never merged automatically. You must be at least 16, or meet any higher local age or guardian-consent requirement.

3. Content rights and acceptable use

• You must hold the rights needed for uploaded content and license us to process it only as needed to provide the service.
• Do not bypass points, mass-register, attack, scrape, defraud, distribute illegal content, or violate third-party rights.
• We may quarantine content, limit generation, freeze accounts, and address chargebacks or abuse while preserving access to lawful history as applicable.

4. Subscriptions, points, and pricing

Creator, Pro, and Studio are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. DodoPayments is the merchant of record for payments, tax, and invoices. Monthly points do not roll over and expire on the date shown for each grant. Point packs are sold only to active subscribers and last 366 days. We show a maximum point charge before generation and settle successful results only. Upgrades are prorated immediately with matching points; downgrades apply next billing date. Material pricing or benefit changes receive at least 30 days' notice unless law requires immediate action.

5. Generation, cancellation, and responsibility

Cancelling before an upstream model accepts a job releases reserved points. Once accepted, cancellation and refunds depend on incurred cost and the Refund Policy. Fallback models cannot exceed the confirmed maximum without asking again. AI output may be inaccurate, resemble existing works, or be unsuitable for commercial use. You must review accuracy, copyright, trademark, likeness, and commercial-use risks.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in uploaded material. Uploads and generated results are private by default, are not made public, and are not used for training. Necessary content is sent to selected model and storage providers to fulfill your request. TacoTaco branding, software, layouts, and curated structures belong to us or our licensors.

7. Assets, deletion, and international processing

Production assets are stored in private object storage and accessed through short-lived signed links. At the storage limit, new generation stops while view, download, and deletion remain available. Deleting an asset disables its link immediately and moves the original into 30-day recovery. Account deletion has a seven-day reversal window, after which account data and assets are deleted while required finance records are anonymized. Providers may process data outside your country.

8. Availability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and may pause for model, network, maintenance, safety, or compliance reasons. Disabling new checkout or generation does not disable sign-in or historical assets. We do not warrant that AI output is error-free, unique, or fit for a particular purpose.
